Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, 5+ years as a QA Analyst - Manual Quality Assurance Analyst.

• Experience designing test strategies, plans, cases and scripts.

• Functional, regression, black box, smoke and automated testing.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication skills with Insurance industry a plus.

Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or similar role.

• Proficient in Bug Tracking, Integration Testing, and AB Testing.

• Outstanding ability to work in a team and independently.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines.

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

• Proven knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting is a plus.

• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferable. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
