Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Product Support Specialist in DES MOINES, Iowa, United States. As a Product Support Specialist, you will be playing a crucial role in ensuring efficient product distribution to our customers, managing sales orders, and providing support for maintaining a precise schedule of customer shipments.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring efficient and timely distribution of products to all customers.

• Overseeing the daily reception of new products and adding them to the Distribution Master.

• Handling the daily reception of new purchase orders from non-managed customers and scheduling them for timely shipment.

• Managing purchase orders for all non-managed customers and researching product availability for their orders.

• Preparing sales orders for non-managed customers and coordinating with the warehouse for shipment.

• Creating orders for managed customer shipments and new product distribution.

• Monitoring new product arrivals and manufactured product availability and facilitating their distribution.

• Maintaining Product on Ground (POG) assignments for products and individual stores.

• Monitoring the status of product shipments for high-profile or special placement items and suggesting additional shipments if necessary.

• Identifying items allocated but not distributed weekly and communicating issues to the Director of Product Distribution. Requirements • Proven expertise in Cisco Technologies

• Proficiency in Citrix Technologies

• Strong knowledge of Cloud Technologies

• Familiarity with Computer Hardware

• Experience with Dell Technologies

• Understanding of About Time software

• Proficiency in Active Directory

• Experience with Backup Technologies
