Description
A well-established non-profit organization in the Des Moines area is seeking a revenue cycle consultant to join their team!
This position will be an integral team member in planning, implementing, and training on critical revenue cycle optimization and transformation activities, to ensure success in value-based purchasing arrangements, such as the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) and a Medicaid Alternative Payment Methodology (APM.) The Revenue Cycle Consultant will deliver T/TA to centers for their Managed Care Organization (MCO) Premium Services agreements.
Qualifications:
-5+ years revenue cycle experience
-Certified in coding a plus
-EPIC software experience a plus
-Excellent communication skills
-Out of the box thinker
