SOFTWARE ARCHITECTURE DELIVERY TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
3 DAYS ONSITE IN THE OFFICE. HYBRD WORK WEEK….DUE TO BEING IN A MANAGEMENT POSITION
You CANNOT work remote. Located in: Des Moines Iowa

Technically Mentor, Manager, and Lead other .NET Developers in a PRIMO Dev team environment working in a modern tech stack! New Technical direction and be part of FRESH change where you can truly put your Technical STAMP on the architectural and technical direction!
As a Software Development Technical Director * this is NOT a “middle management” position. You must be the “smartest person” in the room and able to architect solutions. Must be able to whiteboard solutions with the team. Architect technical strategy!
What Skills You NEED:
• Need to have Software Engineering background and recent & modern DEV .NET stack technical expertise
• Microsoft .Net C# Development stack
• Software Architecture expertise. * You need to be more knowledgeable in architecture than current developers.
• Cloud Architect experience – MUST have Cloud Azure experience.
• Must be more TECHNICAL than their senior developers.
• Solution Architecture experience – PAST SOLUTION ARCHITECTURE EXPERIENCE
• Agile expertise - CI / CD pipeline and the ability to Agile best practices
• Azure DevOps
• Lead an effective architecture strategy from a technical standpoint, Modern Tech stack.
• AT LEAST 1+ year experience in a formal MANAGEMENT capacity: HIRING, FIRING, & PERFORMANCE REVIEWS. *No informal management experience considered.
• 5+ years of experience with C# .NET, MVC, .NET Core
