Position: Application Developer - .NET / SQL / SOAP Web Services
Location: Remote (Mostly - with ability to travel to Iowa for onboarding and once annually)
Salary: up to $130K + exceptional benefits

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Developer who has an extensive background in front-end and back-end development, business analysis, database administration, and system administration. This role will involve working closely with clients and junior developers. Additionally, the ability to be flexible with off-hour work, within a 40-hour work week, is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with clients (20% of the time)
Handle DBA tasks (40% of the time)
Delegate tasks to junior developers (10% of the time)
Deploy/perform systems administration in client environments (5% of the time)
Perform front-end and back-end development (25% of the time)
Required Skills:
10+ years of relevant experience
Proven skills in business analysis
Experience in DBA
Proficiency in front-end and back-end development
Understanding of systems administration
Proficiency with SOAP web services, Web APP, SQL, and other relevant technologies
Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor
Experience in all phases of software development, from concept development to deployment
Willingness to travel for on-site onboarding and potential annual meetings
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who comes prepared, can work well in a team setting, and has strong problem-solving skills.

Requirements • Proficiency in Backend Development is required
• Must have experience with Database management
• API Development skills are essential
• Proficiency in ASP.NET is required
• Must have experience with C# - Sharp
• Knowledge of Soap Web Services is necessary
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
• Strong problem-solving skills are necessary
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required
• Ability to work in a team-oriented setting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to adapt to changing technologies and learn new skills quickly
