Robert Half Account Manager in Detroit, Michigan

Description

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our client's team in a permanent & hybrid capacity in Detroit, Michigan. This Account Manager will be working directly with their automotive client, resolving daily problems and issues, and providing outstanding customer service. The Account Manager will analyze business data, maintain close client communication, and work directly with our clients to fulfill current business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for the automotive client, resolving day-to-day problems and issues

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients and stakeholders

• Provide day-to-day account management support, including internal status reports, program management recommendations, and customer service recommendations

• Analyze business data and identify trends to inform decision making

• Maintain close client contact to understand and fulfill current business requirements

• Attend ongoing meetings with key program stakeholders

• Share practices and recommendations relative to proposed changes or enhancements

• Use CRM Marketing tools to manage client relationships and projects

• Use Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel to present data and information in a clear and concise manner

• Participate in overall project management and quality control review.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the role of Account Manager or similar position

• Demonstrated proficiency in Account Management and Project Management

• Ability to be able to take raw data and develop presentations. Must be able to present to team / stakeholders etc.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Analytical thinking is required to be successful in this position

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field is preferred

• Must have the legal right to work in the specified location

• This position does require minimal travel - once a quarter
