Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Attorney/Lawyer in Detroit, Michigan. As part of our legal team, you will be primarily handling Michigan PIP, No-Fault, and premises liability cases, providing strong advocacy and defense for our insurance clients. This role demands a high level of legal research, drafting pleadings, and managing discovery.

Responsibilities:

• Handle Michigan PIP, No-Fault, and premises liability cases with precision and professionalism

• Deploy strong advocacy and defense strategies for our insurance clients

• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case development

• Draft pleadings with accuracy and attention to detail

• Manage discovery processes effectively

• Represent clients in court, mediations, and depositions

• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop effective case strategies

• Utilize your skills in Insurance Defense and Personal Injury Law to further our legal objectives. Requirements • Applicant must hold a valid license to practice law in the state of operation

• Proven experience as an attorney, specifically within the Insurance Defense sector

• Knowledge of and experience in Personal Injury Law is required

• Strong ability to analyze and interpret legal documents

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to provide sound legal advice to clients

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes

• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Strong ethical standards and integrity

• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of changes in law.
