In this position, your duties will include supporting the Payroll department in a variety of duties, including data entry, reconciliation of timecards, paycheck distribution and providing statements to various departments. Data entry into spreadsheets and the payroll system
Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc
Enter data into spreadsheets and the payroll system
Build and run custom reports
Be the main point of instruction/training contact to employees regarding payroll-related best practices
Manage communications with employees on timesheet approvals
Distribute and administer reports as instructed Requirements - Eagerness to master new systems
Highly organized and self-motivated
Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
Deep understanding of payroll
Expertise in Paycom
Full Cycle Payroll experience desired
Previous payroll experience
High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills
Outstanding data entry skills
Payroll software experience recommended
