Robert Half HR Recruiter in Diamond Bar, California

Description We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Recruiter for our team in Diamond Bar, California. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity in the telecom industry. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting, including the facilitation of scouting potential candidates, conducting in-depth interviews, and onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and post job descriptions across various online platforms to attract potential candidates

• Review, screen, and manage incoming job applications, accurately assessing candidates' viability

• Conduct pre-screening interviews and other hiring procedures to ensure the candidate meets the position's basic requirements

• Evaluate applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions

• Conduct in-depth interviews, via telephone, virtual platforms, or in person to evaluate potential candidates for suitability

• Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates

• Facilitate onboarding of new employees, providing relevant training and orientation to the company’s processes and policies

• Continuously research, adapt and implement modern recruitment methods to attract the most suitable candidates

• Work collaboratively with managers and partners to develop comprehensive recruitment plans

• Ensure that company hiring needs and goals are met, adhering to company policies and maintaining compliance Requirements • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Recruiter role

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required

• Experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is necessary

• Knowledge of Careerbuilder platform is essential

• Familiarity with Kronos Timekeeping System is needed

• Must possess skills in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with About Time software is a plus

• Must have a strong understanding of Background Checks

• Knowledge of Benefit Functions is required

• Must be well-versed in Documentation processes

• Familiarity with Hiring Processes is a must
