Robert Half Bookkeeper in Diamond Springs, California
Description
Robert Half Contracts Finance and Accounting division is seeking a part-time bookkeeper (20-25 hours a week on site) to join a small Service company in the El Dorado County area.
This part-time bookkeeper would be working directly with the Office Manager handling tasks such as:
Responsible for posting all accounts payable.
Resolving AP/AR issues.
Weekly preparations of customer invoices.
Print, create PDF copies and submit to customers via email. Posting AR payment transactions.
Maintaining accounts receivable spreadsheets.
Monthly reconciliation of banking and credit cards.
Knowledge of Word, Excel, QuickBooks and accounting principles, a must.
The ideal candidate would have experience with QuickBooks software, is looking for part-time hours only and can work on site. 1-2 years' experience is ideally what this client is looking for and they are looking for someone to start right away! Requirements - QuickBooks experience desired
Prior experience working with accounting software
BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
