Description
Robert Half is seeking an Entry level Accountant for a wholesale distributor in the doral area. The ideal candidate has an eagerness to learn and grow in the field of accounting.
Job responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, to include; balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist with accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, and cash applications.
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Process accounts payable invoices and processing payments, timely.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes ( journal entries and account reconciliations).

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
