Seeking an Office Support Manager to manage all of the office functions such as ordering material, enter all of the orders and invoices for the accounting team, assist the project managers with permits and release of liens.

Manage the client relations, perform the follow up and execution of daily activities for the office functions. Candidate must be able to speak both in Spanish and English. QuickBooks needed, Microsoft excel.
