Robert Half Bilingual Spanish Property Administrative Assistant in Dorchester, Massachusetts
Description We are in search of a detail-oriented Bilingual Spanish Property Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry. This role is based in Dorchester, Massachusetts, and offers a long term contract employment opportunity. As a Bilingual Spanish Property Administrative Assistant, you will primarily focus on processing resident applications, maintaining accurate records, and handling resident inquiries. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring the confidentiality of resident information and managing a high volume of paperwork.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process resident income recertifications in accordance with HUD Section 8 regulations
• Schedule and manage appointments for residents
• Review resident income details and request necessary documentation
• Dispatch verification of resident information
• Operate Real Page Onesite software or similar systems such as Yardi
• Uphold confidentiality while interacting with residents and managing all related tasks
• Handle communication with senior citizens and families, understanding their specific dynamics
• Manage both electronic and paper filing systems
• Track paperwork and maintain organized records
• Perform receptionist duties, including answering inbound calls and processing work orders
• Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions. Requirements • Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in answering inbound calls, adept at professionally managing multiple lines
• Skilled in performing receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing correspondence
• Ability to handle work orders efficiently and in a timely manner
• Strong customer service skills, with a proven track record in maintaining positive client relationships
• Knowledge of the real estate & property industry, with a focus on administrative tasks
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
• High school diploma or equivalent, with further education in business or real estate preferred TalentMatch®
