Description We are on the lookout for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant based in Dorchester, Massachusetts. This role is pivotal in supporting the definition of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) documentation including standards, processes, and guidance to streamline project management and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) functions. The role is a contract position that requires a mix of skills including Customer Service, Documentation, Reporting, and Compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of Agile methodology in selected projects, domains, and lines of business

• Ensure robust project governance and coordination across all Project Management Offices (PMOs), including support for affiliate companies

• Prepare responses to regulatory, Internal Audit and Compliance commitments related to SOX RCSA regulations

• Assess results of quality assurance and training programs and implement enhancements in EPMO functions to drive improvement in hygiene metrics and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Document EPMO requirements to ensure alignment with key Group initiatives and compliance with Group governance requirements and metrics/reporting

• Develop and manage product development priorities in coordination with programs and customer service

• Generate, track, and maintain project action items and risks to oversee projects in the EPMO environment

• Ensure EPMO stakeholders, program managers, and project manager community receive portfolio progress and financial updates

• Prepare project deliverables for EPMO initiatives and ensure smooth rollout of project solutions

• Produce reports for executive compliance and regulatory stakeholders

• Perform Quality Assurance process to ensure compliance with EPMO Policies, Standards, and procedures

• Produce monthly Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Portfolio Status KRIs, and other metrics to support the application of the project management methodology

• Monitor EPMO Mailbox and respond to Ad Hoc Queries

• Provide weekly updates for key projects. Requirements • Proven experience in project management and/or senior consultancy roles

• Demonstrated proficiency in customer service and stakeholder management

• Experience in designing, executing, and integrating project plans

• Ability to create, review, and maintain thorough documentation

• Proficiency in creating detailed reports and executing metric reporting

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology

• Experience in planning processes, policy creation, and compliance regulation

• Proven ability to perform ad hoc financial tasks and KPI reporting

• Experience in workstation support and system integration

• Proficiency in quality assurance and ensuring compliance

• Knowledge of internal audit processes and methodologies

• Ability to deliver project deliverables on time and within budget

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with C-suite executives
