Robert Half Project Manager: IV (Lead)- in Dorchester, Massachusetts

Major responsibilities

  • Submits detailed reporting to management on risk assessments, milestone completion, and project status

  • Offers support to manage dependencies among cross-product teams

  • Sets out project with right ticket workflows and boards

  • Masters deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Product Owner, and Dev Ops

  • Endeavors as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, leading scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the team is working effectively

  • Provide assistance to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager

  • Handles the daily stand-ups, asserting they are timely, focused and brief

  • Foster the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

  • Works in partnership with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

  • Commands project planning

  • Facilitates to classify, manage, and identify risk for functional improvement requests

  • Acquires information from technical leads, QA leads and business analysts into counsel

  • Coordinates and directs the sprint planning and grooming meetings and marks ticket assignments

  • Work in close cooperation with the Business Analyst, QA Manager, Product Owner/Product Manager, and Product Specialist

  • Provides the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

  • Verify that the functional requirements are tracked, met, and achievable

  • Teams up with Product Owner/Product Manager to see to it that the product vision and high-level business objectives are apparent and accomplishable

  • Sets out schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product

  • Cooperates and communicates with developers, technical team members, designers, and stakeholders

  • Eventuates and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner Requirements - Ability to handle multiple projects within strict deadlines

  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

    • Applicants should have experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs
  • Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

  • Background in project management, operations, and supervisory leadership

    • Candidates with proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools will be the best fit for this position
  • Show the ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required

    • The person in this position should be familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies
  • Capable of working independently with minimal oversight

    • We need the person we hire to be flexible and focused
  • Experience with Payment Processing

  • Earlier work involving Hiring Processes

  • Hands-on experience with Upgrades

  • Comprehension of Integration

  • Foundational knowledge in planning

  • Previous experience working with implementation

  • Quality experience with About Time

  • Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Word

  • Practical knowledge of project management

  • Proven knowledge of Budget Processes

  • Good understanding of negotiation

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Experience with real estate

  • Strong familiarity with Decision-Making

  • Foundational knowledge in Project Planning

  • Skills in Stakeholders

  • Wide ranging experience with Leadership Skills

  • Command of documentation

  • Solid understanding of communication

  • Experience with Effective Communication

  • General familiarity with quality

  • Prior experience with Migration

  • Solid understanding of Financial Services

  • Onsite experience required

  • Solid understanding of change management

    • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues

    • Project Management (PMP) certification desired
