A CPA license
5 or more years of experience - Experience is defined as current experience in a public CPA firm with:
o Individual, corporate, partnership & trust income tax returns
o Tax planning and responding to tax notices
o Reviewing the work of others
Solid written and verbal communication skills
A strong work ethic and is self-motivated – aspires to grow and possibly become partner
Ideally is career oriented with a 20 plus year time horizon so see us through partner transitions.
About the position:
This is a full-time, salaried position

This should be considered an in-office position, but we do have the capabilities to work from home in certain situations
o Managing client relationships, due dates, and workflow
o Preparing & Reviewing individual, corporate and partnership tax returns
o Helping clients solve complex tax issues as well as their small business accounting challenges
o Providing exceptional service to current clients and assisting with bringing in new clients
