Robert Half Sales Coordinator in Dousman, Wisconsin
Description We are in the process of recruiting a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Dousman, Wisconsin, United States. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity in the industry. The Sales Coordinator will be the first point of contact for prospects, residents, and families, and will support sales projects, programs, and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the initial point of contact for prospects, residents and families, presenting a positive image of the community.
• Coordinate and oversee logistics for sales and marketing events, tracking and maintaining RSVP's.
• Manage the databases for the sales teams, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the data and maximizing sales success.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales and marketing reports to track key trends and performance measures for the department.
• Organize, process, track and maintain records of all billing, invoices and expenses for the department.
• Oversee the internal procedures for the sales department including waitlist, contracts, and agreements.
• Coordinate with Sales and Business Office departments to establish profiles and upload documents in Electronic Medical Records database.
• Maintain organized, accurate and easy to locate files.
• Interface with marketing for updating and cleaning of lead base and purchased mailing lists.
• Manage and triage inquiries under the guidance of the Director of Sales, review initial web form submissions and direct them to appropriate individual/department. Requirements • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with Concur software
• Proficient in CRM systems
• Knowledge of Crystal Reports
• Ability to handle data processing tasks
• Familiarity with About Time software
• Experience in answering inbound calls
• Understanding of buying processes
• Experience in cash activity and cash handling
