Description
Prominent risk management organization seeks a Technical Assistant with strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint expertise. This Technical Assistant will prepare insurance related documents, manage policies and procedures, improve the maintenance of document management systems, create Excel and PowerPoint presentations for commercial customers awaiting renewals, and assist with administrative technical projects. The ideal candidate for this role must have the ability to multi-task their workload to complete deadlines in a timely manner.
Major Responsibilities
· Provide real-time clerical support
· Maintain filing system as assigned
· Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
· Generate and issue certificate of insurance
· Assist with invoicing and billing activities
· Prepare written summaries when needed
· Maintain contact lists
· Proofread and edit documents
· Research and create presentations
· Handle multiple projects
Requirements
The ideal Technical Assistant will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.
Other requirements for the Technical Assistant role include and are not limited to:
· 3+ years experience
· Strong attention to detail
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
· Excellent communication skills
