Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Dover, New Hampshire

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Dover, New Hampshire. This role primarily involves handling customer inquiries, processing their applications, and ensuring the smooth operation of customer accounts in our industry.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their queries and concerns over phone calls and emails.

• Take responsibility for troubleshooting and resolving system issues reported by customers.

• Process customer requests, such as delaying ship dates, through our ticket system.

• Manage and monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate actions when necessary.

• Ensure accurate entry of customer data and maintain up-to-date customer records.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and correspondence tasks.

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to and from customers.

• Coordinate and schedule appointments as required.

• Learn and adapt to new roles and responsibilities as they arise.

• Participate in training sessions to enhance job performance and customer service skills. Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment

• Proficient in handling inbound and outbound calls

• Demonstrated ability to maintain high level of customer service during challenging situations

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including email correspondence

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Ability to handle order entry tasks with efficiency and accuracy

• Experience in scheduling appointments in a professional manner

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanor

• Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.
