Description
A healthcare Company is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to support their company's HR department in implementing policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have a broad knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Reviewing Processes: Ensure the effectiveness of the company's performance evaluation processes, termination procedures, job descriptions, and classifications.
Assessing Compliance: Monitor policies and procedures to ensure that the company is adhering to local, state, and federal employment laws.
Improving Practices: Recommend ways to improve systems, procedures, and organizational structures based on the analyses and feedback.
Analyzing Competitiveness: Benchmark the company's HR strategies and practices against the industry's best to ensure competitiveness.
Personnel Records: Maintain and update employee records and databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Onboarding: Implement comprehensive onboarding processes. Welcome new hires, introduce them to the team, and assist with documentation.
Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement company policies and guidelines, ensuring consistency across all branches.
Reports and Presentations: Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as required, presenting data-based findings.
Labor Laws: Keep up to date with latest labor law changes and ensure compliance within the organization.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, with solid experience in human resource roles. Applicants must have a deep understanding of labor laws and HR practices. Strong analytical and communication skills are critical for success in this role. They should also be able to maintain the utmost confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
