Description
Robert Half is working with a client on a short term contract employment opportunity (3-6 months) in the healthcare, hospitals, and social assistance industry, located in Dublin, Ohio. The role involves key functions of an Accounts Receivable Clerk, with a focus on credit and billing tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Create invoices without tax and process credits accurately
• Handle credit invoices and rebill invoices efficiently
• Provide customer services related to credit and billing inquiries
• Utilize skills in Microsoft Excel and Oracle to maintain accurate records
• Leverage knowledge of accounts receivables systems to manage customer credit accounts
• Ensure all sales and use tax compliances are met
• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate actions to collect delinquent payments
• Use knowledge of 'Accounts Receivable (AR)', 'Billing', and 'Rebills' to enhance job performance
• Apply understanding of 'Sales Tax' in the processing and management of credit transactions.
Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prior experience in Billing
• Skilled in using Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Oracle
• Experience with Accounts receivables systems
• Understanding of Credit management
• Knowledge of Rebills process
• Familiarity with Sales Tax
• Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry experience is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in work
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
