Description We are in search of a Programmer/Analyst III (Senior) to join our team in Dublin, Ohio. This role involves modifying and creating software and application programs to meet user and management needs. The successful candidate will be expected to design, test, debug, document, and implement programs, as well as provide technical support and resolve production system issues. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enhancements to the business banking loan application.

• Lead medium to large projects that impact other applications and technologies.

• Collaborate with analysts to gather requirements, write technical design documents, develop solutions, test, debug, and implement projects.

• Independently perform complex assignments as well as work effectively in large team settings.

• Coordinate with outside vendor teams that interface with our internal applications.

• Provide development estimates based on project scope.

• Learn new systems, applications, technologies and, most importantly, business domains.

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and practices.

• Support team to trouble-shoot and resolve production issues.

• Assist with training and mentoring less experienced staff. Requirements • Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, Active Directory, HTML, Java, C++, and XML Technologies

• Experience in Microsoft and Microsoft Windows Server

• Ability to design, troubleshoot, and debug applications

• Familiarity with loan administration procedures and practices

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues

• Experience in providing technical support

• Ability to enhance and segment websites

• Experience in consulting and training
