Robert Half Benefits Specialist (contract onsite) in Duluth, Georgia

Description

Robert Half HR Solutions is currently sourcing for a contract Benefits Specialist for our client located in Duluth, Georgia. In this role, you will be working onsite 100% of the time and will be heavily involved in employee interactions. This contract benefits role will start mid-October and is expected to last through the end of January 2025 with a possibility of extension to support the future business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Play a crucial role in two separate open enrollments due to the recent acquisition of a company.

• Utilize HRIS systems, specifically UKG and Workday, to maintain and manage employee data.

• Engage in regular interactions with employees to ensure their queries and concerns regarding benefits are addressed promptly and accurately.

• Contribute to harmonizing benefits from the recent acquisition to ensure a smooth transition and integration.

• Administer various benefits such as medical, retirement, insurance, and welfare benefits.

• Analyze, coordinate, and manage benefits administration to ensure alignment with company policies and compliance with legal requirements.

• Leverage skills in Benefits Administration, Benefits Analysis, Benefits Coordination, Compensation & Benefits, Insurance Benefits, Medical Benefits, Retirement Benefits, Welfare Benefits, and Vision Benefits to effectively perform the role.

Requirements • Possession of a minimum of 7 years of experience in benefits administration or a related field.

• Proficiency in benefits administration, including the coordination, analysis, and management of compensation and benefits packages.

• A deep understanding of various benefits, including insurance, medical, retirement, welfare, and vision benefits.

• Ability to effectively coordinate and manage benefits for employees.

• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits strategies.

• Experience in the administration of insurance benefits.

• Familiarity with medical benefits administration.

• Expertise in managing retirement benefits for employees.

• Experience in the administration of welfare benefits.

• Understanding of vision benefits management.

• Ability to stay updated with changes in benefits regulations and industry trends.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
