Robert Half Creative Designer in Duluth, Georgia

Description

This position is responsible for creative design and implementation through channels of graphic design and video production for all our clients outdoor brands (3 in total).

Designing and updating marketing resources, print and digital, for all brand and corporate

materials

• Designing customer ad and print on demand resources as needed

• Creating and designing brochures, catalogs, collateral, white pages, advertisements,

social media and email templates

• Working closely with marketing team members to product requested materials as needed

for internal and external customers

• Organizing and maintaining existing and new graphics and video assets

• Providing general support for tradeshows, regional events and sales campaigns as needed

• Coordinates projects with printers to review proof sheets and handle press checks

• Designing PowerPoint template presentations

• Designing infographics

• Manages all image and video content and asset management system

Requirements

A BA/BS in Graphic Design, New Media, or equivalent working experience

• Minimum of 5 years of past work either as in-house designers or at a marketing agency

• 5+ demonstrated experience with graphic design projects such as building/updating

collateral, designing logos and marketing campaigns, photography editing, email

marketing

• 5+ years demonstrated experience with the following design software programs: Adobe

Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc

• Intermediate skills in all Microsoft Office products with solid skills using spreadsheets

and PowerPoint

• Capacity to understand creative/graphic trends and recommend visual and design

direction

• BrandFolder knowledge is a plus

• CAD Drawing and/or 3D rendering is a plus

• Ability to identify, organize and manage resources and information including 3rd party

collaborators

• Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize

projects across multiple events, meeting time and budget deadlines consistently

• Self-motivated, proactive, capable of working independently and as part of a team

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong work ethic and attitude

• Collaborative, high-energy, ability to learn and to work in a fast-paced environment and

remain flexible and energetic

• Ability to travel and work outside of normal business hours due to conference schedules;

travel should be limited but could be up to 5%

Position is a hybrid position, 3 days in office and 2 remote (Monday and Friday)
