This Customer Service Representative position is based in the Duluth, Georgia region and is a short-term temporary employment opportunity. This position is located in a dynamic, rapidly-changing call center.

How you will make an impact

  • Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion

  • Field and send out send written business correspondence

  • Organize and route incoming telephone calls Requirements - Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

  • Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills required

  • Call center experience desired

  • Practical knowledge of Answering Inbound Calls

  • Order entry experience

  • Inside sales experience required

  • Proven knowledge of Call Center Operations

  • Customer service experience highly desired

  • Call Center Customer Service experience preferred

  • Well-founded grasp of Fast Paced Call Center

  • General familiarity with Answering Inbound Calls

  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills

  • 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement

  • Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
