Description OfficeTeam is looking for someone who loves building solid customer relationships for a Customer Service Representative position. This could be the Duluth, Georgia Customer Service Representative position you're looking for, if you're available for a short-term temporary engagement. This position is for candidates who work well in a dynamic, rapidly-changing call center.

Your responsibilities in this role

  • By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Manage and place incoming telephone calls

  • Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence

  • Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion Requirements - Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

    • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

  • Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks

  • Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods

  • Proficiency in order entry

  • Proven knowledge of Call Center Operations

  • Call center experience

  • General familiarity with Answering Inbound Calls

  • Customer service experience

  • Well-founded grasp of Fast Paced Call Center

  • Practical knowledge of Answering Inbound Calls

  • Inside sales experience required

  • Foundational knowledge in Call Center Customer Service

  • Strong computer skills including customer database systems

  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills

  • 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

  • Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

  • Customer service and office administrative skills
