REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - Well Known Manufacturer in Duluth
My client, a well-known manufacturer in Duluth, is searching for a Regional Sales Manager to join their team for an immediate, direct-hire opportunity. This position will work primarily out of the Duluth, Georgia office and will be responsible for providing full sales of company input solutions. The Regional Sales Manager will be required to travel and sell to customers, presenting the organization in a positive and professional manner, arranging and participating in technical discussions, maintaining and building relationships with customer base, manufacturers’ representatives, attend occasional trade shows, and identifying potential business in the assigned territory. This position will cover the territory of Texas, Mexico, and Brazil. If you are looking for a rewarding career in sales with a well-respected company, this role is for you!
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle sales, and the associated activities, with new and existing customers in the established territory.
Assist in working with manufacturer’s representatives to generate and maintain their sales.
Maintain existing and grow new accounts.
Effectively present and provide technical solutions to customers.
Make sales calls, presentations and take necessary steps to generate sales volume with acceptable margins in order to meet sales goals.
Generate and maintain strategic account development plans for key accounts and territory.
Work with inside service teams, finance, and management to meet the requirements of the organization and customers.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Process quotes and proposals with delivery that exceeds or meets customer needs and/or expectations.
Report Monthly and Quarterly sales numbers, as well as setting and maintaining yearly goals.
Write call reports and submit expenses regularly.
Able to travel regularly within the assigned territories (40% travel).
Requirements
Bachelors degree required
5+ years of sales experience required, experience with custom products preferred
Bilingual Spanish speaker required
Able to speak Portuguese is a +
Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
