Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an HR Generalist based in Duluth, Minnesota. In this role, you will be an integral part of the HR Operations team, assisting in the development of job descriptions, maintaining compliance, and providing support across various HR functions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to maintain accurate job descriptions across different departments, particularly within Manufacturing and Process Excellence

• Regularly update job descriptions within job families using the current format

• Ensure job responsibilities, qualifications, competencies, and physical requirements are accurately updated and compliant with regulations

• Utilize skills in Compensation Analysis and Job Design to develop comprehensive job descriptions

• Leverage HR management tools such as UKG Pro and UKG Ready to manage and monitor HR-related tasks

• Coordinate with the HR Ops team to ensure smooth operations and efficient processes

• Assist in rewriting job descriptions as per the company's needs and industry standards

• Develop term job descriptions as required, ensuring they are in line with the company's objectives and industry trends. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a HR Generalist role or similar

• Proven experience in compliance and compensation analysis

• Demonstrated ability to develop and rewrite job descriptions

• Strong knowledge of job design and term job description

• Proficiency in using UKG Pro and UKG Ready HR management software

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred

• Strong decision-making skills with a results-driven approach

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience in conflict resolution

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
