We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Client Data Entry and Eligibility Specialist to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate client information management and determining program eligibility.
Job Description:
The Client Data Entry and Eligibility Specialist will be responsible for the following key tasks:
Entering client data and relevant information accurately into designated database systems.
Conducting meetings with clients to assess and determine their eligibility for specific programs offered by the organization.
Extracting pertinent information from diverse database systems to generate reports, reconcile data, and conduct statistical analysis as needed.
Handling incoming telephone inquiries, providing general information to the public, and efficiently relaying information to colleagues when required.
Reviewing documents meticulously to confirm the eligibility of program participants. Procuring necessary information and documentation as per program requirements.
Conducting basic mathematical calculations to verify totals and reconcile balance information related to various program accounts.
Initiating contact with client vendors to validate client information and ensure accuracy in program participation.
Processing program payments and verification sheets with precision and adherence to established protocols.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in data entry and database management systems.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling and processing information.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations for verification purposes.
Prior experience in eligibility determination or similar roles within social service or government programs is preferred.
Familiarity with programs like government or social assistance programs is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
