Robert Half Billing Analyst in Dunwoody, Georgia

Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Billing Analyst based in Dunwoody, Georgia. This role is within the finance industry and will involve handling various tasks related to billing reconciliation, auditing, and fleet management.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the process of customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency

• Uphold precise records of customer credits

• Resolve customer inquiries related to billing and accounts

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on account status

• Conduct billing reconciliation by comparing vendor charges with finance records

• Track, audit, and submit billing records

• Manage overall fleet basics such as maintaining the total number of active vehicles and managing vehicle replacements

• Assist in vehicle maintenance and damage control

• Communicate effectively with fleet vendor and operations leadership team

• Perform other basic administrative tasks as needed. Requirements • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of three years of experience in billing, auditing, accounts receivable, or a related field.

• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Demonstrated experience in fleet management.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
