Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Sr Content Management Analyst in Durham, North Carolina. The successful applicant will be joining a team dedicated to improving website experiences and supporting business priorities. The role involves producing high-quality, data-driven content, ensuring ADA compliance, and implementing SEO best practices into content creation.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of website copy that reflects our brand tone of voice and position in the market.
• Uphold an enterprise content governance model and editorial publishing process by consistently providing clear and actionable edits to your peers.
• Apply design thinking and UX principles to page authoring and initiate intake discussions for net-new components and component enhancements with the Experience Design team.
• Drive organic traffic and engagement optimization by implementing SEO best practices into content creation.
• Lead the analysis of content performance by continuously monitoring KPIs through Customer Journey Analytics, customizing dashboards, and identifying gaps.
• Collect input from multiple sources and usher content through the review process with business stakeholders to ensure timely web delivery.
• Produce and review content that meets ADA compliance guidelines and support efforts to ensure accessibility.
• Experience in writing content for regulated industries with both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Experience or certifications in W3C and ADA compliance guidelines, SEO best practices, design thinking, and basic UX principles. Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication skills

• Experience with Monitoring Tools
• Adherence to Best Practices in content management
• Experience in KPI Reporting
• Knowledge of Component Selection for content management systems
• Experience in Migration of content across platforms
• Understanding of Compliance Functions in a business environment
