Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant III in Eagan, Minnesota. This role primarily involves providing comprehensive administrative support, conducting research, managing information requests, and executing clerical tasks in a detail-oriented setting.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately and effectively process customer credit applications
• Maintain complete and up-to-date customer credit records
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and detail-orientedly
• Monitor customer accounts and execute appropriate actions as needed
• Handle general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining record management systems
• Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks
• Prepare various documents including invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements
• Efficiently file and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
• Read, analyze, and distribute incoming memos, submissions, and reports based on their importance
• Prepare agendas and coordinate arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings
• Utilize computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for various tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in customer service and communication is required.
• Experience with office functions such as faxing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong planning and research skills.
• Familiarity with the About Time software.
• Ability to perform clerical duties with precision.
• Experience in financial statement preparation and analysis.
• Understanding of conductivity principles.
• Comfortable working with C-Suite level executives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience with submission of various reports and documents.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Knowledge of records management.
• Proficiency in using various computer programs.
• Basic bookkeeping skills are necessary.
• Ability to prepare invoices accurately.
• Experience in preparing agendas for meetings.
• Skilled in photocopying and scanning documents.
