Robert Half Entry-Level Hybrid Billing Analyst in Eagan, Minnesota
Description
We are partnering with a Fortune 500 company that is looking for an eager up and comer to join their Billing Department! This position is a long-term contract to hire basis and is hybrid (home primary). Responsibilities:
Generate invoices and account statements, maintaining accuracy, and timeliness.
Analyze and review invoices and billing procedures for compliance and accuracy.
Coordinate with our sales and customer service teams to resolve any billing issues.
Process and record transactions and adjustments in the billing system.
Design and implement new billing systems, procedures, or policies to increase efficiency and productivity.
Assist in financial management and analysis, as requested.
Prepare reports and audits regarding account statuses and billing processes.
Communicating with customers to address inquiries and disputes in billing.
Maintain accurate records of accounts receivables and customer billing information.
Collaborate effectively with various departments to streamline billing processes and drive improvements.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Prior experience in Billing Analysis or similar financial roles.
Strong knowledge of billing procedures and best practices.
Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite, particularly strong skills in Excel.
Excellent analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
Strong communication ability, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
