Description
Help Desk Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Keep up to date with rapid advancements in computer technology
• Provide technical support to various departments including designers, marketing, and sales
• Test and verify hardware and support peripherals to ensure they meet specifications and requirements
• Monitor the functioning of equipment and make necessary modifications to ensure the system operates in conformance with specifications
• Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan layout, including the type of computers and peripheral equipment modifications
• Collaborate with suppliers, engineers, and other team members throughout the product development and implementation process
• Enhance verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Manage time effectively and work independently
• Develop basic knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software
• Familiarize with computer software such as configuration management software, desktop communications software, operating system software, and internet directory services software.Help Desk Ana;
Requirements
• Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service and Communication skills
• Knowledge of Workstation Support and Internet usage
• Experience in Implementation processes and working with Suppliers
• Familiarity with Manufacturing processes, Component Selection, and Specification
• Knowledge of Configuration Management and Operating System
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Degree in Computer Sciences or a related field
• Knowledge of Desktop Hardware, Layout, Computer Hardware, and Peripheral Equipment
