Description

In this position, the People and Culture Coordiantor will administer, plan, and maintain HR policies, time-off accruals, benefits, onboarding tasks, recruitment activities, and streamline organizational effectiveness. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for all U.S. benefits administration and enrollment

  • Coordinate global onboarding programming as well as conducting on occasion

  • Support the recruitment and hiring process by coordinating interviews, reference, and background checks, and issuing employment contracts

  • Administer time off tracking in the U.S. and Australia

  • Maintain system onboarding and offboarding activities across multiple HR platforms

  • Maintain and facilitate use of their HRIS( BambooHR)

  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain team agenda and goal setting

  • Administer employee satisfaction and feedback surveys

  • Assist in event planning and employee engagement activities

  • Produce and analyze reports for accuracy on HR / Total Rewards activity

  • Troubleshoot HRIS and system related issues as they arise

  • Conduct audits of HR programs and benefits as needed

    Requirements

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of human resources experience and/or HR internship experience

  • Proven experience and genuine interest in HR and/or Administration, or equivalent educational experience

  • Strong business acumen

  • Enjoys helping others succeed across a global team

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to use MS Office, HRIS, ATS, HR Databases

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
