Description
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sales Assistant based in the south metro, Minnesota metro. The Sales Assistant will be a critical point of contact for customers, managing inbound inquiries, and ensuring the smooth processing of orders. This role involves extensive use of CRM tools, data processing, and collaboration with the sales team. Responsibilities:
Provide Sales and Customer Support by checking on order status and directing the customer to the correct point of contact
Customer relationship management and marketing support
Process improvement and cross functional collaboration between departments
Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound inquiries from customers and prospects mostly over email
Administer CRM tools effectively to maintain accurate customer records and manage customer relationships
Ensure seamless order management processes to support sales operations
Work closely with the sales team to maximize their selling time by efficiently handling administrative tasks
Handle account management duties, tracking customer interactions, and sales activities
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer success management
Requirements
Proficiency in CRM platforms
Strong customer support skills
Experience in customer success management
Proficiency in account management
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and MS PowerPoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
High level of professionalism and business ethics
Proactive and self-motivated approach to tasks
