Robert Half Compensation and Benefits Specialist in Eagle, Idaho
Robert Half is looking to fill a short-term, FT potential hire Compensation and Benefits Specialist. This person will work with the Human Resources department acting as an HR Assistant. This role is onsite and located in Eagle, Idaho; please understand while this role is onsite, Robert Half does follow client and state COVID safety protocols.
The person will be involved in
Providing compensation analysis for potential offers, recommendations, performance reviews, EOY bonuses, adjustments, and more
Providing help with benefits, payroll, salary changes, and open enrollment
Providing aide in annual enrollment
Assisting with employee surveys
Manage the development, implementation and administration of compensation and benefit programs
Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefit practices and recommends changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives
Provides advice to corporate staff on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations
Designs creative solutions to specific compensation/benefit-related programs and incentive plans
Develops techniques for compiling, preparing and presenting data
Oversees the participation in total reward surveys and monitors survey data to ensure corporate compensation objectives are achieved
Ensures compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations
Manages annual renewal and open enrollment process
Manages compensation and benefit policies
Manages compensation and benefit audits and compliance reporting.

ADP knowledge is Required
Minimum five years managing all areas of benefits and compensation for a medium size organization
Experience with building compensation structures, building jobs structure, etc.
Management experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits experience a plus
HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems familiarity a plus
Strong communication skills
