Robert Half Human Resources (HR) Assistant in East Bridgewater, Massachusetts
Description Robert Half's client in East Bridgewater is looking to bring on a contract HR Assistant/Admin Assistant ASAP. Here is what you will be responsible for:
-Assist with the Onboarding tasks of new staff members including pulling onboarding paperwork, creating HR files and ensuring all documents are accounted for.
-Meeting one on one with incoming staff members regarding their new permanent paperwork.
-Working closely with the Onboarding Coordinator on the weekly orientation schedule.
-Ensuring compliance on new permanent documents including direct deposit forms, I-9 forms, W-4 forms and MA state tax form.
-Reaching out to applicants on information regarding their scheduled start dates.
-Answering phones/voicemails/administrative tasks
Duration: contract
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM (40 Hours) Fully Onsite
Location: East Bridgewater
