Bank Reconciliation Specialist

Direct-Hire / Permanent position

HYBRID work model - 3-4 days in office, 1-2 days from home per week

Robert Half has partnered once again with a valued CT-based company with a nation-wide presence in their search of a Bank Reconciliation Specialist. Ideal candidates will have experience in a high-volume reconciliation environment previously, and have the drive to continue to progress in their accounting career. This position will be joining an established team with the ability to add value immediately.

Main Duties:

· Match internal revenue transactions to external bank transactions

· Ensure revenue is being reported timely.

· Ensure cash/check deposits are being done timely

· Ensure minimal discrepancies with credit card and cash deposits

· Assist with the implementation of a new bank reconciliation tool

Desired Background:

· Bachelor Degree in Accounting

· 2+ years of bank reconciliations or auditing revenue experience

· ERP system experience

· Effective, and professional communication.

· Thrives in a fast pace environment

· MS Excel proficiency
