Implementing various administrative duties
Reserving and screening candidates through various sources and platforms
Aiding with new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations
Employing digital recruiting resources
Drafting and posting job opportunity advertisements
Readying internal recommendations Requirements - You should be highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
Knowledge of Open Enrollment
Proficiency in New Hire Orientations
Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) Administration
Mentoring New Hires experience preferred
Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
- Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms is required
