OfficeTeam is currently seeking skilled candidates to fill multiple CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE positions for a local hospital we are currently working with located in East Stroudsburg, PA. Become an integral part of the team with this CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE role as you will be working within the Dietary Department and assisting patients with their food orders over the phone and entering them into the system for the kitchen staff. Due to the nature of answering inbound calls from a queue, the CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE must be able to provide great customer service to the patient and must be able to have a strong and positive attitude with each call. In these CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE roles, candidates must be available to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm, Mondays-Fridays and must also be available to work rotating weekends (BOT Saturdays and Sundays.) Answering inbound calls from patients within the hospital

Answering questions regarding services

Input patient food orders into system for kitchen staff to prepare

Providing information regarding services provided and any pricing information

Additional clerical or customer service-related tasks as assigned

Prior Customer Service or Call Center experience highly preferred!

If you have previous industry experience working in Food Service or Retail and would like to transition into an Office-related role, this would be a great opportunity for you!

Must be able to handle a high volume of inbound calls and have a strong knowledge to provide answers regarding company services

Ability to follow company procedures and phone scripts while talking with clients

Ability to have a strong understanding of company products and services

Flexibility working an 8-hour shift between 6:30am to 7:30, Mondays-Fridays and must also be able to work rotating weekends (both Saturday and Sunday).
