Robert Half International ERP Integration Manager in East Windsor, New Jersey

Description

Independently the incumbent is responsible for the daily management of the support, control and operations of the technology applications, infrastructure and associated services. Incumbent is also responsible for the execution and implementation of information technology solutions to support the needs of the business and our clients. Perform liaison activities with vendors and service providers of technology products, services and solutions.

Technology Operations

Manage, monitor and control the technology infrastructure devices, systems, services and assigned information technology staff.

Critical path level management of technology resources and systems.

Provide Data governance, threat management, search and investigate data breaches, and eDiscovery

Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, Trust Domains, and Microsoft Windows Servers

Development and maintenance of environment technical documentation including creation of standard operational procedures and high-level policies.

Execution of day-to-day routine tasks related to the 24/7 operation of technology services, components and applications including but not limited to:

Develop, Implement and create SOPs for ensuring Data safety including the Storage, archive, backup, data recovery management, business continuity.

Report actionable metrics for management meetings.

Provide best practices protection from viruses, hackers, malware, and bac actors.

Provide reports on systems statuses, threats, trending issues in the wild.

Provide Site to Site VPNs for Data partners, like Clients, 3rd party IXR systems.

Provide data mapping for data partners through EDI to exchange data without human error.

Develop, Implement, and Manage the overall Business Systems (BS) and supporting programs and processes, including but not limited to QMS, LMS, LIMS, BMS, ERP, Equipment maintenance, and operations are performed with trained employees, approved materials and all assets are validated, calibrated, cleaned, and documented for regulatory compliance throughout their lifecycle.

Ensure systems are maintained, proper change control processes are followed, along with any personnel system rights are documented and reviewed.

Deliver experience in/validated systems for personnel to efficiently process customer work throughout the processes.

Ensure systems meet regulatory compliance to all relevant Federal (US, EU, and other), state, and local regulatory and industry requirements.

Collaborate with leadership to establish and implement relevant metrics for monitoring Information Technology infrastructure performance, availability, system and permission changes, intrusions reporting on a regular basis to the management team.

Ensure systems are maintained, proper change control processes are followed, along with any personnel system rights are documented and reviewed.

Interface with supplier and customer quality representatives concerning data exchange protocols or any issues with data exchange.

Technology Support

Provide Level 1, 2 and 3 service support for Experic business applications and infrastructure support using internal resources and contract staff with a primary goal of rapid service restoration and improving the efficacy of the Business units.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or other related discipline required. At least ten (10) years of pharmaceutical industry experience in technology operations management, as well as enterprise infrastructure services, including the plan/build/run of process design. Must have a working knowledge of industry best practices (SCRUM, ITSM/ITIL, NIST, ISO, SANS, COBIT, CERT) and Legislative, Regulatory and Industry Compliance Requirements and associated frameworks. Must have previous experience working on Pharmaceutical Business System development. Worked with a large ERP software such as IQMS or another one that uses Oracle.
