Description

Robert Half is seeking a dynamic Senior HR Generalist to elevate our client’s team in the Eatontown, New Jersey area. This pivotal role is your opportunity to drive HR initiatives, enhance talent acquisition, and cultivate a vibrant workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote innovative HR programs to create an efficient, conflict-free environment.

  • Collaborate on recruitment strategies to attract top talent and support the onboarding process.

  • Play a vital role in crafting and implementing effective human resource policies.

  • Quickly resolve employee issues and spearhead engaging activities to boost morale.

  • Monitor and implement brand standards and corporate training initiatives.

  • Ensure accurate payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now, including check distribution and record maintenance.

  • Maintain comprehensive employee records, including hiring, transfers, terminations, and leave tracking.

  • Guide employees through medical insurance and disability programs, ensuring smooth application processes.

  • Track and document HR actions through detailed reports and logs.

  • Contribute to the HR department’s goals and the organization’s success by completing related tasks as needed.

  • Collaborate with the HR Director to ensure adherence to labor regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a HR Generalist role

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, and Dayforce

• Experience in Benefit Functions

• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal

• Knowledge of Compliance rules and regulations

• Proven track record in Employee Relations

• Understanding of FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act)

• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience with complex transactions
