Description We are on the lookout for a meticulous Account Manager to join our team, based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. The primary role involves supporting operations and logistics, which includes processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and resolving credit-related inquiries. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer credit applications in a timely and accurate manner

• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly

• Respond to customer credit-related inquiries and provide prompt resolutions

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take necessary actions to collect delinquent payments

• Collaborate with the operations/logistics team to ensure smooth workflow

• Utilize MS Word to maintain and manage customer data and other related documents

• Adhere to company policies and regulations related to account management

• Provide exceptional customer service by handling all customer interactions in a professional and courteous manner

• Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals

• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements. Requirements • Proven experience in an Account Manager role or similar customer service position

• Proficiency in MS Word and other Microsoft Office Suite applications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints or issues

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus

• Strong negotiation and sales skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

• High level of professionalism and integrity.
