Description
We are seeking a diligent Payroll and HR Administrator to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry. As a Payroll and HR Administrator, your primary role will be to manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment to all employees as well as benefit administration. Additionally, you will be expected to handle payroll-related discrepancies and maintain comprehensive payroll records. You will also be involved in the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new hires. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full cycle payroll process for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Utilize HRIS Payroll System and AppFolio for efficient payroll management and data entry.
• Address and resolve any payroll-related issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and distribute payroll records to management for review.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations concerning payroll.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records.
• Assist in the administration of 401k - RRSP and other benefit functions.
• Support the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Promote job openings and company culture on social media and other platforms.
• Maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Payroll Administrator
• Proficient in 401k - RRSP Administration.
• Sound knowledge of About Time software.
• Experience in Benefit Functions is a must.
• Familiarity with HRIS Database and HRIS Payroll System.
• Proficiency in using HRIS System.
• Demonstrated experience in Full Cycle Payroll.
• Experience in managing Payroll for under 100 Employees.
• Proven skills in Payroll Management.
• Familiarity with Payroll software.
• Proficiency in AppFolio software.
• Experience in using Human Resources Management System.
• Skills in Human Resources (HR) Administration are required.
