Description We are offering a unique opportunity for a Web Administrator in the semi-conductors and electric component manufacturing industry. Located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, this role involves working on the cutting edge of technology, managing our web infrastructure, and ensuring our systems are running smoothly and securely. This role is a contract position and is an ideal fit for someone skilled in various web technologies and looking to make a significant impact in a highly technical environment.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and maintain our web infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance
• Utilize skills in Assertion Markup Language, Database Management, and EO/IR systems to optimize our web presence
• Administer and maintain our server environment, including IIS and Linux Technologies
• Implement and manage Configuration Management processes to ensure consistency and reliability in our web environment
• Design, create, and manage dashboards to provide visibility into web performance metrics
• Manage the deployment of new web features and updates, ensuring minimal disruption to users
• Utilize skills in HTML and SharePoint Administration to enhance the user experience on our web platforms
• Develop and implement SharePoint sites as needed, utilizing SharePoint Development and SharePoint Design skills
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure our web infrastructure aligns with company goals and initiatives
• Stay current with the latest web technologies and trends, and implement these as appropriate to improve our web presence. Requirements • Experience in the semi-conductors or electric component manufacturing industry is required.
• Proficiency in Assertion Markup Language is necessary.
• Knowledge of database management is expected.
• Familiarity with EO/IR systems is desirable.
• Experience in IIS and Linux Technologies is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Configuration Management is crucial.
• Ability to create and manage dashboards is required.
• Demonstrated experience in web deployments is necessary.
• Strong design skills, particularly in HTML, are expected.
• Experience with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server, Microsoft SharePoint, SharePoint Administration, Sharepoint Development, SharePoint Design, and SharePoint Site is essential.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills are needed.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is desired.
• Problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail are crucial.
