About Our Company:
As our business grows, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper proficient in QuickBooks to join our team.
Position Overview:
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. This role includes creating and analyzing financial reports and ensuring legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivable, and manage invoices and tax payments with proficiency in QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities:
Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
Verify transactions are recorded correctly in the general ledger.
Bring books to the trial balance stage including managing control accounts and subsidiary accounts.
Perform partial checks of the posting process using QuickBooks.
Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
Requirements

You are a trustworthy, detail-oriented professional with a strong sense of integrity. You have a working knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles and are proficient with QuickBooks and financial statements.
