Robert Half is seeking an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative to expand their career in the growing Manufacturing industry. Responsibilities

  • Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications

  • By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Manage and place incoming telephone calls

  • Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion

    Requirements - General familiarity with Technical Support

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Word

  • Customer service experience

  • Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Outlook

  • Proven knowledge of Call Center Customer Service

  • Practical knowledge of Technical Support

  • Strong familiarity with SAP

  • Command of Microsoft Excel

  • Experience with Superior Customer Service

  • Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

  • Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

    • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills

  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

  • No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
