Description We are offering an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the retail industry based in Edina, Minnesota. This role involves providing top-notch customer service, handling inbound calls, and performing data entry tasks. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls promptly and professionally

• Providing excellent customer service to all customers

• Accurately entering customer data and order entries into the system

• Handling both inbound and outbound calls as necessary

• Resolving customer inquiries efficiently and effectively

• Scheduling appointments as per customer requests

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary

• Ensuring all email correspondence is handled professionally and promptly. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound and outbound calls in a busy retail environment

• Experience in call center customer service, specifically within a retail setting

• Demonstrated excellence in customer service, including the ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively

• Accurate data entry skills for maintaining customer records and processing orders

• Ability to communicate professionally and efficiently through email correspondence

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents

• Experience in order entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing customer purchases

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, balancing customer needs and business operations

• Previous experience in a retail environment is preferable, but not required

• High school diploma or equivalent is required

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
