Description Our client is seeking a HR Business Partner. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of strong HR Business Partner experience. They must have extensive Employee Relations/Labor Relations (Union) knowledge. Requirements Proven experience as an HR generalist or HR business partner 7+ years of experience within a fast-paced corporate environment Understanding of human resources policies and procedures Extensive knowledge of employment/labor laws Union experience Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach and aptitude in problem-solving BS/BA in Business administration or relevant field, additional HR training will be a plus Knowledge of people analytics and HRIS systems Experience implementing people programs including compensation, performance feedback, HR compliance, and detail oriented growth Strong analytical and project management skills, proven ability to design clear processes, and very detail-oriented yet flexible approach to problem-solving Deep sense of empathy and ability to communicate across diverse groups
